4.7. Removal, check of a state and installation of a head of cylinders
Order of an otpuskaniye of fixture of covers of GRM

Dump pressure in a power supply system (see Check of compression pressure in cylinders).
Take off a gas-distributing belt (see Replacement of a belt of the GRM drive).
|
|
In order to avoid damage of pistons and valves do not turn cranked and distributive shaft at the taken-off GRM drive belt! |
Empty the cooling system (see the Head Routine maintenance).
Disconnect cables of the drive of a butterfly valve and a tempostat from a collector of the inlet pipeline.
Remove the inlet pipeline (see Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
Remove cogwheels of camshafts and a back cover of the GRM drive.
Remove the ignition distributor from VV an electrical wiring.
Remove the steering pump and the K/V compressor — without disconnecting hydraulic / refrigerator lines, shift components aside and fix them by a wire.
Otsoyediinte from final collectors of the engine reception pipes of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
Working in strictly certain order (see the illustration Otpuskaniye Order of fixture of covers of GRM), release fixing bolts and uncover the gas-distributing mechanism.

Working as it should be, the return to a tightening order, in two-three receptions evenly release bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders.
|
|
Remove a head of cylinders assembled with a final collector.
In case of need remove a final collector from a head.
If it is required, take camshafts (see Removal, check of a state and installation of components of the valvate mechanism).

|
By means of the steel ruler established on an edge and the probe of lezviyny type estimate planeness of the head surface interfaced to the block of cylinders — in case of need give a head to a pro-point, or replace it.
|
|
|
|
The pro-point can be made only if height of a head does not appear less than extreme admissible value (see Specifications). |
|
|
|
|
|
Total thickness of the ground-off layer of the interfaced surfaces of a head and the block should not exceed 0.20 mm! |
Installation

If removed, install into place camshafts — act as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
Having turned a bent shaft, bring the engine into the provision of VMT of the end of a step of compression of the first cylinder (see Replacement of a belt of the GRM drive).

|
It is considered the first forward of the right number of cylinders (see Specifications). |
|
Make sure of correctness of combination of an adjusting tag of a cogwheel of a bent shaft with reciprocal risky on the case of the oil pump.
|
|
Track that camshafts were deployed by the directing pins to the top cut of a head.
|
|
If removed, establish a final collector on a head. Screw fixing bolts and, working in strictly certain order (see the illustration Order of Tightening of Bolts of Fastening of Final Collectors), evenly tighten them with the required effort.
Establish laying and press a head to the block of cylinders.

In order to avoid damage of valves and pistons, do not turn distributive and cranked shaft! |
|
Make sure that washers are put on bolts of fastening of a head — at the corresponding design of washers they have to be established by facets to heads of bolts and the plane to a head.
|
|
Grease carving surfaces and the lower cuts of heads of bolts with motive oil, then screw them and, working in strictly certain order (see the illustration Order of Tightening of Bolts of Fastening of Heads of Cylinders), in stages tighten with the required effort.

|
For fastening of heads bolts of various length are used! Longer bolts (L1) are established in provisions 4, 7 and 9. |
Installation of the remained components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle — do not forget to grease before landing sealant the interfaced GRM cover surface. Track that all fixture dragged on with the required effort.
