4.5. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see Check of compression pressure in cylinders).
  2. Empty the cooling system (see the Head Routine maintenance).
  3. Disconnect cables of the drive of a butterfly valve and a tempostat from a collector of the inlet pipeline.
  4. Remove an air duct sleeve.
  5. Remove the lines of communication interfering access to the inlet pipeline:
    • Electrical wiring of the IACV-AAC valve, sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS), sensor switch of extreme provisions of a butterfly valve, coil of ignition, powerful transistor, electromagnetic EGRC valve and sensor of temperature of EGR;
    • The hoses of a cooling path brought to a collector;
    • Hoses of a heating path;
    • PCV hose (from the right head of cylinders);
    • Vacuum hoses of a coal adsorber, GTTs and regulator of pressure;
    • Hose of a purge of a coal adsorber;
    • EGR tube;
    • Grounding tires;
  6. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a collector of the inlet pipeline with sealing laying.
  1. Disconnect the giving and returnable fuel pipes from the fuel highway, disconnect an electrical wiring from all injectors and remove the fuel highway.
  1. Working in strictly certain order, release bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline.

  1. Finally turn out fixing bolts and remove the pipeline.
  2. In case of need remove the throttle case from a collector of the inlet pipeline.


Installation

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components — do not forget to make replacement of all sealing and insulating elements. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.

Tightening of bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline is made evenly as it should be, the return to an order of their easing.
