the illustration Scheme of an Institution of Props for fixing of the car in the lifted situation). Bring forward wheels into rectilinear situation.

Mark and disconnect hydraulic lines from a case of rack transfer. Merge hydraulic liquid. At once to a zakuporta the open ends of tubes and an opening in a case.

Remove a steering wheel (see Removal and installation of a steering wheel) — try not to damage the contact SRS reel.
Take forelocks and release lock-nuts of spherical fingers of external tips of steering drafts.

By means of a stripper of ST9020001 release tips of steering drafts from rotary fists.
|
|
Release the top collar of a boot of a steering column in a motive compartment. Lift a boot, having provided access to the lower cardan hinge.
Make sure that forward wheels hold rectilinear position and mark position of the hinge concerning a shaft of the leading gear wheel of the steering mechanism.
Turn out a bolt of fastening of the lower hinge of a column to a shaft of the leading gear wheel.
Turn out fixing bolts and remove the steering mechanism assembled with cross drafts.
In case of need mark the provision of a shaft of the conducting gear wheel concerning a case for the purpose of identification of neutral provision of rack transfer.

Installation
|
|
Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.
|
|
|
For tightening of cap nuts of nipple connections use a cap key with a cutting head. The order of tightening of fixture of assembly of rack transfer is shown on an illustration. |
|
|
Grease NEW sealing rings before installation with pure ATF.
|
|
The sealing ring of the nipple socket of the returnable line is more by the size, than a ring of the socket of the pressure head line. |
Track correctness of combination of identification tags of neutral provision of rack transfer.
|
For installation of forelocks of fastening of lock-nuts of tips of steering drafts tighten them at first with the required effort (64 — 69 Nanometers), then hold on to combination of the next groove in an opening in a shaft of a spherical finger.

|
Do not tighten a lock-nut stronger at all, than with the moment of 108 Nanometers! |
At installation of protective covers of steering drafts track that they were stretched at identical length and are reliably fixed by bandage tapes.
In conclusion make filling and pumping of a hydraulic path (see Pumping of a hydraulic path of the steering drive), then drive away the car in specialized auto repair shop for check and correction of angles of installation of forward wheels (see the Angles of installation of forward wheels).
