8.2.3. Removal and installation of a driving electric motor of the actuation mechanism of the transfer case

Disconnect an electrical wiring from the transfer case.
Disconnect a tube of a sapun from an electric motor of the actuation mechanism of the transfer case.

Turn out fixing bolts and remove an electric motor.
|
|
|
|
|
The sealing ring is subject to replacement without fail. |
Installation
|
|
Grease a new sealing ring with technical vaseline or ATF is fresher.
Put a ring and establish an electric motor on the regular place, having tracked correctness of combination of the directing ledges.
Tighten fixing bolts with the required effort (41 — 48 Nanometer).
Connect a tube of a sapun to the motor.
Restore initial connection of an electrical wiring.
